Shipping policy
Production Times
Because our pieces are made to order, we typically require 1-5 business days processing time from the day your order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
Please note that our production times are subject to change during peak seasons with high order volumes.
The shipping times listed below are applied after production.
Domestic Shipping
US orders over $150 are eligible for FREE standard shipping.
- Standard shipping: 2-8 business days, $5.99
- Expedited shipping: 1-2 days (excluding Sundays), $14.99
For orders with standard shipping, we use UPS to ship and then USPS for delivery. For orders with expedited shipping, we use FedEx to ship and then USPS for delivery.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $14.99 USD.
All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with Cherise Jewelry, and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Refer to your country's tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
Estimated timeframes:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- UK & Most of EU: 5-12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
We use UPS as our initial carrier for all international orders. Once the package arrives in the destination country, a local mail carrier will handle delivery.
Possible Delays
Some international packages may be delayed due to COVID-19. Check your local mail carrier website for the latest updates on how COVID-19 is affecting deliveries.
When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond our control, and any original shipping time estimates.
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Cherise Dionne, you are responsible for paying the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
Gifts
Even if the order is a gift, the cost of the item must be included on the customs form. We are legally required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels.
