Refund policy

We pride ourselves on offering exquisite, high quality jewelry, and we want you to love your purchase. That said, we understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned. We will gladly accept returns on most new and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@cherisedionne.com. Please include proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order number.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been accepted, returns must be post marked within 30 days of delivery. Orders post marked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense (i.e., without a refund).

Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@cherisedionne.com so we can investigate the situation and help put things right.

Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

We aim to provide the best possible service, and that includes starting production of all orders as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at hello@cherisedionne.com, and we will make every attempt to honor your request. Please be aware that order cancellation is not guaranteed.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Upon delivery, please inspect your order to make sure that everything is as it should be. 

We aim to process every order with the utmost care. However, our products are packed by people, not machines, and sometimes they make mistakes.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at hello@cherisedionne.com and include a photo of the item so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item(s) you desire is to start a return for the item(s) you have, and once the return request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
